Everything you need for a focused, worry-free day. Your ticket covers access to all sessions, unlimited coffee/tea/soft drinks, generous (vegetarian-friendly) catering in every break, a free cloakroom for coats and bags, and when speakers allow it, digital hand-outs e-mailed afterwards.
After you register, youâll get an invoice by e-mail within 5 business days (payment by bank transfer within 14 days, prices excl. 21 % VAT). Your personal e-ticket with QR-code arrives by e-mail no later than one day before the event - simply print it or show it on your phone at the registration desks.
Give your ticket to someone else (free of charge).
Tickets are personal, but you can transfer yours to a colleague or friend at any time. Just e-mail the new participantâs full name, e-mail address and company details to customercare@denkproducties.nl and weâll take care of the rest.
âCancel your order within 30 days.
Changed your mind? You can cancel in writing (an e-mail is fine) within 30 days of placing your order, provided your request also reaches us more than 30 days before the event date.
If we have to move the event.
Should circumstances force us to reschedule, weâll contact you immediately and set a new date. Your ticket simply rolls over - same programme, same speakers, no extra cost.

Public transport: Step off at Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA (train / metro / bus). The venueâs entrance is a two-minute walk.

By car: Navigate to Johan Cruijffboulevard 590 and follow signs to parkings P3 â P6. All P-garages have a special event rate from four hours before until two hours after the forum. Just follow the âArenA Boulevardâ signs to the entrance.
Absolutely. The venue is wheelchair-friendly and we can accommodate allergies, dietary restrictions, visual impairments and other needs. E-mail us at customerservice@abforum.nl at least two weeks in advance so we can arrange the perfect setup for you. Vegetarian options are already plentiful - no notice required.
